By downloading or using the eBook Pro application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to eBook Pro.

eBook Pro stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.

We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect: We collect information necessary to provide you with the best reading experience, including your email address (for account recovery), reading progress (to sync across devices), and highlight data.

2. How We Use Information: We use this data solely to sync your library and secure your account. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the 'Security' section in your account settings within the app. Upon deletion, all reading data and identifying information is permanently wiped from our servers.

4. Third-Party Services: The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Services used include Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, and Razorpay (for processing payments).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your eBook Pro Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current cycle.

Refunds: Because eBook Pro Premium grants immediate access to digital content, cloud resources, and AI APIs, all purchases are final and non-refundable (0 Days Refund Policy). We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
